About Us
Op. Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim completed her medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine between 2003 and 2009. In 2011, she began her residency in Ophthalmology at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. Following intensive clinical and surgical experience, she was awarded the title of Specialist in Ophthalmology in 2015.
She began her Ophthalmology residency at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital in 2011 and, after extensive clinical and surgical experience, earned the title of Ophthalmologist in 2015.
During her residency, she performed numerous advanced surgical procedures and actively participated in numerous national and international congresses, seminars, and training programs.
In 2013, she successfully completed the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) Basic Science Examination, which measures basic scientific competence in ophthalmology, earning her this prestigious internationally recognized certificate of achievement.
She completed her mandatory state service at Rize State Hospital between 2015 and 2017.
In 2025, she successfully completed the prestigious European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO) examination, which assesses the knowledge and competence of ophthalmologists in Europe, earning her the EBO Diploma. This diploma is one of the most respected certifications certifying specialist competence in ophthalmology at the European level.
Op. Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim offers personalized solutions to her patients in a wide range of areas, including lower and upper eyelid surgery, ptosis (drooping eyelid) surgeries, endoscopic brow and midface lifts, smart lens applications, medical aesthetic procedures, and non-surgical face, eye contour, neck, and body lifts using the USS FDA-approved THERMAGE FLX technology.
She also pioneered this field by being the first doctor in Turkey to treat dry eye with the Fotona SP Dynamis device.
Since 2022, Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim provides services based on scientific, reliable and ethical values, using current technologies in both medical aesthetics and oculoplastic surgery.
Op. Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim is also married and a mother of two. She is fluent in English.

This diploma is a prestigious document certifying specialist qualification at European standards in the field of ophthalmology. Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim’s clinical knowledge and skills demonstrate her compliance with scientific and ethical standards at the European level.
This document certifies that Op. Dr. Yıldız Acar Ebcim’s clinic is arranged in compliance with the relevant regulations and physical conditions and is authorized to provide services. The Clinic Compliance Certificate is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey following inspections and confirms that all necessary criteria are met in terms of hygiene, infrastructure, equipment, and patient safety.
